1940's police car

to see a model of a Ford Monon police car.  Did the Monon have a police car like this in the 1940's?

I do not remember a police car, per se but the attached is a copy of one of the staff cars.  This one belonged to Bill Hayes who was a true Monon Man.  His parents lived down the street from the Eberhard family.  Bill held several positions including Road Foreman of Engines and Trainmaster.
