Atlas has announced a caboose in the Trainmaster Series.

I will acquire them for Stores if people are interested. There will be two road numbers.

Nice!  Here's the photo.  Quite similar to MONON's International cabeese.  I'd buy one.

I'd be interested in at least one of them if you had 'em in Stores.

Mark and others. We have our order in. As soon as the hobby shops get them, the Store will have them.

Nope. The UPS truck must have been highjacked or suffered 4 flat tires. I have been told they are on their way.

Our order finally arrived. Due to the limited number available, I will offer them to Monon Board members, before any listing on the on-line web site. I have contacted Atlas and the entire production run is sold out. I tried to double our order and was not able to do so.

Each RTR caboose will sell for $27.00, which includes shipping. Indiana residents need to add 7% sales tax. If you want one, or both, please advise. Those interested can message me here on the Monon Board and I will send instructions.

I'll take the one I indicated, Tom.  Any number.  I'll be stripping it any anyhow to back date it into the CIL era and its original paint scheme.

Just an Update. There are still several of the Atlas Cabooses available. I added a listing on the on-line store.

Mine arrived 3 days ago (thanks Tom!). It is a thing of beauty, a worthy addition to my collection. Good details, and nicely weighted for operation, too! I did notice that the box had one car number and the model has the other - but that makes absolutely no difference to me!

I now can construct an entire HO train consist of Monon rolling stock...thanks mostly to Stores!

Yes Mark. I noticed a couple more that way. Problems overseas I am guessing. I was able to switch boxes. It also explains why initially I thought I was shorted 1 of one of the RN's. Glad you like it.
