Special movement: Buick Plant visit

I found this excursion to Flint, MI in the Indianapolis newspaper archives that I had brief access to. Coming out of Indianapolis, I suppose the routing would be up to Haskells, then GTW to Flint. I wish the clarity of the photo was better, that looks like a really neat "Buick" drumhead, but I can't make out what it says around the outside edge.
