The guy who produced the Monon rider cars for N scale is now working on an N scale transfer caboose.  In a few weeks I'll be able to post a photo.  It's looking good.

So far so good. The project looks like it is proceeding nicely. Will this kit be in the same general price range of the Rider Cars, or is it too soon to tell? You can email me off-board if you like.

Too soon to tell.  Decals have to be ordered, and we're waiting on delivery of the ladders to see how they workout.
