MRHTS members,

I have three Monon N scale hoppers that are my duplicates (see attached photo), and a F-M H15-44, that are available.
1) Atlas 52018 H15/16-44 early body with sill handrail (not in photo). This was my first attempt to paint an undecorated locomotive in black and gold. The rear hand rail is missing. It is decaled as #45.
2) Atlas 40816 33' 2 bay offset side hopper CIL #4123
3) Micro-Trains 55200 33' 2 bay offset side hopper MON #4002
4) Bluford Shops 73111 3 bay 70 ton offset side hopper MON #4546

Here's the stipulations:
First come, first served. Send an email to skw.monon@yahoo.com saying which item/items you will pay for.
Wait until you receive an email reply from me for the status of your request. I'll post a message in this Board's thread if and when an item is sold.

If you are the one with the first request and you have a reply from me, then mail your check made out to "The Depot", with your MRHTS membership number on the check's Memo line. The minimum amount per item is $25.00. The maximum is whatever you wish to donate to The Depot. If you are not a MRHTS member, the minimum cost is $40 each.

Payment is to be mailed to The Depot, 206 S College Ave., Salem, IN 47167, and must be received before April 1st. For information about the donation link to:

If you are to receive the item you have requested, in addition to the payment to "The Depot", you'll also send me a check for $6.00 for one, or $10 for more than one, to cover the mailing cost. Include the address for mailing the item. When Cecil lets me know that your check has arrived in Salem, I will cash your $6 check and mail the item or items to your address. Put a note with the check to Salem informing Cecil that is a donation to cover Stew's N scale stuff.

The original cost of the Atlas H15/16-44 locomotive years ago was $78.00. It is not DCC ready and as you can tell by the asking price, it needs work. It is sold as is. It is the worst of my attempts to paint and decal a locomotive.

George and Becky Lortz have donated HO cars to The Depot to raise money for the expansion.

These may be sold at the NMRA MCR Div. 8 train show in Louisville on March 24th. If I get no requests for my N scale cars, I may put them in with the Lortz's HOs at the train show. This is your opportunity to get some N scale hoppers mailed to you, and to make a donation (bigger is better).
