I've had the pleasure of seeing this layout in person, what you cannot appreciate it the lighting, John, you or Tom need to try some night time photography. The amount of illuminated things on this layout is amazing. Signs, buildings, street lights and automobiles....It's like the Vegas Strip.

Everyone,
The Cordelia F.D. is responding to a report of a car that has driven into Lake Ouidontgiva. Information provided stated that the car was on the north side of the Ouidontgiva Dam which separates the upper and lower portions of the lake. The dive team has already arrived and Medic #5 is on the way.

John sent along some pictures and asked me to post them.

The Sinclair Station started life as a Plasticville kit John found at a swap meet. Some details and lots of time and were open for business.

The Fire Dept. is called upon once again to rescue the dog from the roof of the Palo Theater. Nobody can figure out just how it keeps getting up there.

More pictures from John. These have a back story behind them. Before our Father sold his tavern, he had a slight run in with some bikers known as the Invaders. I'm not sure if they were all from Cedar Lake or Calumet City, but Dad ran a few of them out of his tavern one night. That did not set well an they vowed to return and set Dad straight. A few did and were promptly escorted off the property.

John used some creative license to portray this event. Vespers in place of choppers and the Invaders look more like Village People rejects.
