Shops and McDoel Roundhouse Plans ?

After I posted the following in the modeling section, it occurred to me that this may be the proper place to ask the question:

Some years back(2011?) there was a discussion about making archived plans for these structures, along with many others, available to members.  I think that I made a small financial contribution to the effort.  Has there been any movement?  I may have missed it.

I am in a position now to start building Shops and McDoel yards on my layout (significantly condensed, of course).  I have plans for most of the Shops buildings but not the roundhouse.  I can build them from photos but plans would certainly be most helpful.
