2020 Society Board Elections
« on: September 22, 2020, 03:26:36 pm »
Due to the delivery problems we are currently experiencing with the August 2020 issue of The Hoosier Line, we are facing a problem of members having time to vote in the 2020 Society elections.  The original ballot for the elections was mailed as an insert with THL the issue.

As a result, Jim Craig, Society President, mailed a second copy of the ballot to all members in good standing yesterday, September 21st.  The ballot was mailed first class postage, so should get to you shortly.  The deadline for returning your ballot has been changed to having been received in Salem no later that October 8th.

Please mail your ballot in time to be received in Salem by that date.  The vote count will be announced at the Society's Annual Meeting scheduled for Saturday, October 10th. If you have already mailed the ballot that came with your delivered THL, you can disregard the new ballot you will receive in the mail.

Thanks

Please note the change to the original posting.  The original ballot that came with the August THL will count if you have already mailed it.

Thanks
