I received mine in Spencer, In. last Thursday, the 25th.  Of course, I hand carried it there from Salem after we finished mailing them out to everyone else.  LOL,  / Ron

Got mine at the BOD meeting, but the official mailing packet arrived today. Somebody at the USPS screwed up. Normally Lafayette and South Bend get theirs after Australia. Someone is in dutch at the USPS.

I received my "official" copy on Wednesday the 31st and the first ballot for the election today, August 1st. Keep those ballots coming.

Remember all mailed ballots must be received here in Indianapolis by September 18, 2013 so that I will be able to take them to the meeting in Lafayette.

FYI the ballot envelops will not be opened and ballots taken out of the envelops until after the counting committee is appointed during annual meeting scheduled to start, 8:00 am  September 22, 2013.

Before the Annual Meeting date, all I will know is how many envelops that I have received.

Like I said Sharon. Someone at the Post Office screwed up and sent them to South Bend.

After a couple of phone calls disputing the Trailer Maid question, I had to wait until today to see THL . The question does not appear as it was on the listserv. The trailers were loaded with the king pin orientated
to the South--not North. ---therefore--the answer is correct and the question is wrong.

This proves again that people do read the THL

I'm glad someone is receiving the August THL. Mine was mailed three blocks from my home July 25 and I have not yet received it. I always mail mine as a test to see how long it takes to get here..

Got mine on Aug. 8 via USPS.  At least I didn't have to drive to Salem to get it this time.

Today is the first day that I did not receive a ballot since my THL arrived with the first ballot the first of August.

So far, there are 145 ballot envelops that have arrived.

Remember all mailed ballots must be received here in Indianapolis by September 18, 2013. After that, ballots may be checked in at the meeting in Lafayette, September 20, 21 and 22 until the annual meeting.
