For several months now, I have not been getting any notifications of new posts in my email. I can go to the Board and read the "unread posts since last visit", but I don't remember to do this every day, and I have to read through all the topics to select the one I want. I have checked my settings and everything seems to be correct.
What am I missing?
Thanks, Roger Nulton

I checked your account and looks normal, what happens if you use another browser?
Also, do you know how to reset all your browser settings to default?

Thanks, Rick. I can get to the Board and read the posts fine using Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox. But I no longer get notifications of new posts in my email, like this:

Your right, your settings are correct:
For topics and boards I've requested notification on, notify me: "Instantly"
For topics and boards I've requested notification on, notify me of: "Replies and moderation"
How do you check your email from comcast.net.
Do you use their webmail or use a program on your pc like outlook, outlook express, windows mail?
I sent you a message from this board also.

Rick,
I use Windows Live Mail, but I have also looked for Monon Board notifications through Comcast, and there are none. My settings are set like yours. I have not received your message yet. I do have " wolfeden46939@yahoo.com " in my email contacts under Monon. We have 3 computers, but all run Windows mail.
Thanks, Roger

For sure you want to check the junk/spam folders for the email in windows mail and.... on the comcast .net webmail email too. Also on comcast webmail, checked your filters to see if it is on the blocked list.
The email I mentioned is on this board, you have a personal messages area "My Messages".

Rick,
Nothing in either junk folder that I don't want to be there. Can't find a "blocked list" in Comcast settings. I will try to call Comcast to see if they can help. Is there an email address or some way that I can identify the Monon Board so I can specify who to unblock?
Thanks, Roger
