Mike,

The Web site address you sent is not fully functional and I suspect it has to do with site registration.  At any rate, the PDF file opens, but never completes the transmission of the first page.

I was able to open and enlarge the pdf file at work on my PC running Windows 10, but had trouble with my iMac at Home. So it may have more to do with operating system than the website link. Thanks for posting Mike, it is very much like some C&WI files I got from Bob Lalich a while back. It's sad how little of the trackage shown survives today.

diGuys,

Not sure why I didna just attach it before, but here is the pdf.  You can zoom in pretty far on it.  This plan does not have the Monon freight house called out, so S. Hammond's house must have opened by the time this plan was drawn.
