The October 2018 issue, is an all-Alco issue, of Railfan & Railroad. If you link to http://railfan.com/this-month/ you'll see a photo with ex-Monon 401 as LV 634. Monon is mentioned on pages 30, 64, 53, 61 and 65. On page 61 there's a photo of L&N 1333, ex-Monon 516, in Hornell, N.Y. It was there for rebuilding as Apache 83. The locomotive got dynamic brakes in Hornell. That article, "When Alcos came from GE", says that ex-Monon 516 is probably still in Arizona on the Apache Railway.
