Title: The Hoosier Line publication

The February 2019 issue of The Hoosier Line has a great locomotive article written by Ron Marquardt. Are there any copies of this magazine available for purchase? The Monon Store doesn't list magazines, and White River Productions seems to only sell their own publications. I think I've seen older issues on the magazine rack in Louisville's Scale Reproductions back when Cecil Smith published it.
