I received the letter about renewing membership to the society, and tried to renew online. When I went through the process and selected the membership type, then selected renew, and finally clicked on the join/renew button, the message popped up and said my cart was empty. It doesn't seem to add the membership to the cart. Any help?

I never could get it to work on my computer. I tried 3 different browsers. I did get it to work on my phone. Must have been something on my computer.
