Title: New Monon Trail Bridge

INDOT has posted the apparent low bid for the new Monon Trail Bridge over 146th street in Hamilton County. Reith-Riley company submitted a bid of $2,566,800.00 for the job. It is more than a simple bridge, there are on/off ramps, rest areas, landscaping, signs, etc.
