Date unknown -- If either of those is one of my shots then the date is 1976 -- post-MON but they still looked pretty good.

Were these cars painted silver like the Athern car ?  They look silver in the photo's to me , just wanted to be sure. Vic

Did the MONON haul their own diesel fuel ? If so , was this one of the cars ?

Tank silver, underframe black, trucks black perhaps just because they were very dirty -- although trucks did get painted.
