MONON wood caboose available ?

The owner of the wood caboose in a woods near Rossville has indicated he might sell it.
I never did find a number. It was used as cottage on the Tippe River for years. It has been modified some what. As I remember, there is  cno frame under it. The owner said it is in pretty bad shape.
