South Hammond TOFC ramp mishap

This was posted to the Planet Hammond website recently. Now, what a '62 Chrysler 300 is doing halfway on a flatcar in August 1964 is up to question.
Someone could have driven up the circus style ramp onto the car I suppose. Strange that the ramps are down on this flatcar too...
The building visible in the background is the west side of the South Hammond freight house.
