Mitchell Accident

I found the attached image of a postcard on eBay today.  It shows an accident involving the Monon and the B&O in Mitchell on 1/19/12.  Sorry, but the image is not high quality.

Anyone know the details about the accident?

This was on the "old" list serve. As I remember, the B&O ran through a Monon freight.
