I found a picture of a 1/8th scale BL-2 on line. Does anyone
know the owner of this loco or better, the builder of it?

In 1990 this belonged to Jerry Key of Finger Lake Lives Steamers in State of New York. I don't know if he still owns it or not.

Thanks for the close up. It looks like it might be fiberglass. I checked out the website for
