(This apparently didn't go thru before, so am posting again...)
There is now a window display about the Monon in downtown Lafayette at the Edward Jones Investments office at 414 Main Street. The paper items (timetables, stock certificates, etc) are from our Monon Archives; the N-scale items are from my collection. I borrowed some framed items from the Archives and off the walls of Linden WHQ. The larged framed print of the Monon on 5th Street will be given to the Office of the Lafayette Mayor after this is done.
Thanks to Jennifer Russell of the Edw Jones office for coming up w this idea and also for arranging the items in the windows. This display should be there for another 30 days or so.
