Gary B&O, LS&MS

I picked up a copy of Indiana Preservationist at the library last night and saw an article about the Marquette Park area and was wondering if a reclamation of the Gary B&O/LSMS depot was part of that effort?  I last saw that structure in '06 or '07, and it was in poor shape.  There was some interest back then, but have seen nothing on line distinguishing it as part of the Marquette Park revitalization.

Anyone have any news on that depot.
