Bridge Signs
« on: March 16, 2015, 09:24:07 pm »
All,

Were the Monon's bridges ever identified with a sign along side the track?  I seem to remember seeing on someplace, but cannot find the photo now.

Regards,

Mike, this might be the photo you're thinking of.  In this case, I think the "E8" milepost just happens to be close to the bridge.

I don't recall seeing any photos of any signs identifying particular bridges.

Mike:

In one of the Monon's public relations movies there were glimpses of signs at different points along the right of way.  I don't recall offhand which movie it was.

Tim,

Yes!  That's the one.

Thanks for sorting that out for me.
