Here's a link to Tuesday's news about a trail to replace the NKP line:
http://www.indystar.com/story/news/2017/02/27/fishers-noblesville-turn-nickel-plate-corridor-into-trail/98493462/
Does the MRHTS have equipment at the ITM?

A million dollars a mile to convert a ROW to a trail? I must be getting really old...I remember when you could build a new multi-lane highway for that!
I guess dollars are just smaller than they used to be.
