One thing about this bothers me - the Bedford Fire Dept. let the place burn for 3 freaking hours. WHY? Why not put it out, shouldn't have taken more than an hour or so.

Inquiring (nosey) minds want to know!

Does destroyed mean it is not able to be saved at all?  I too hate this.  What was the current use of the depot?  I guess the use went from recycling center to no use at all.  Maybe some locals saw it as of no value.  This shows our current list of Monon depots as somewhere around 18 or so.  Sad for sure.
