From the Lafayette Journal Courier, June 3, 1946. "T Vern Sherrier promoted to Trainmaster-Road Foreman of Engines, Southern Division." Also includes his date or Hire, his promotion from Fireman to Engineer and then to TM/RFoE. There appears to be some redundancy in the employee list, with this fellow listed multiple times.
