1920 Murat Shriners leave Indy for Portland
« on: August 06, 2024, 04:43:35 pm »
Cool panoramic photo of the Murat Shriners getting ready to leave Indianapolis Union Station on the Monon for their annual convention in Portland Oregon that year. Pacific 430 is all prettied up on the point. Looking very much as-built, she's missing her capped stack and has an early electric headlight. And to the left, lurking out of the main focus of the photo is Pacific 412, with possibly the Noon-departure Daylight Limited?, based on the shadows being straight overhead.
