Early Black/Yellow Paint Scheme

Anyone know what size stripes where used on this scheme?

Well, so far I am drawing a blank in back issues of THL. In Volume 11, No 3 there is an article on #18 that was delivered in that scheme, but the drawing shows the black and gold scheme it wore later. I'll keep looking.

Trying again:
V-1, No.-1 had an great article by Bill Darnaby on the NW-2's with a diagram of all 3 paint schemes.  The top and bottom yellow stripes were 9", the Middle black stripes were 4", and the center yellow stripe was 1".  I'll try to post the diagram again in a seperate message.

Your attachment might be too large Roger. I took the line drawing form the article, scanned it and posted a smaller version on the board. I have a larger scan of the drawing if anyone is interested. Just send me an email and I will send it directly to you. Use the email address under my profile.
