He had the layout when I first met him in 2004.  He used to be a MRHTS member, or he may still be.  I sent him a message suggesting that he rejoin if he has let his membership lapse.

Stew, do you have contact info on him, would sure like to visit the layout.
Since I am within a few miles of him, would be nice.

Excellent layout!  Hopefully Alan will join in.  I know an N scaler who would have questions for him ;)
