Good shot of Barriger at the Cedar Creek by-pass ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Also pictured are Frank Cheshire and Warren Brown. Anyone know the name of the second man from the left?

Hate to be a nit-pick, but George's picture is of the ribbon cutting ceremony on the opening of the Cedar Lake Cut Off, not Cedar Creek By-Pass. Cedar Creek starts at Cedar Lake and flows south to the Kankakee River west of Shelby.
