Silo in Crawfordsville

If you go to the shot of MON 1213 in "Right of Way" under "Crawfordsville yard" you will find that I asked if anyone knows the function of the silo.  Since no one has responded and at least one inquiring mind really, really wants to know -- I am asking same question here.  Anyone know the function of the silo?
