Ooltic Branch HO layout

This was reported on another board:
"The current issue of "The Milwaukee Railroader" (Second Quarter 2012) has an article on the HO layout of John Dick, which is inspired by the Milwaukee Road's Ooltic Branch that originated in Bedford.  A really neat, and unusual model operation! (I love the plaster limestone blocks.)"
