Anyone know the circumstances of this photo?
No date or photographer info on the slide.

Monon #18 was sold to Industrial Maintenace Service in Gary, Indiana on 10/28/64. My guess is the photo was probably taken on the B&O in Cincinnati with the locomotive on it's way south to W.R. Grace.
