Drunhead on Lynne
« on: October 03, 2012, 07:47:14 pm »
for all to know the story, the drumhead on the Lynne belongs to Mike Albert.

Back when Leonard Brown was having the business car rebuilt, Barry Brown, Leonard's son, contacted Mike wanting information about getting a drumhead.  Mike helped Barry get the information he needed to have a drumhead custom made so Barry could give it to Leonard as a surprise gift.

Then Barry surprised Mike with the gift of a duplicate drumhead for Mike for his help.

The drumhead that was on the car belonging to Leonard was stolen at the Brown yard on Hwy 149.  No one knows where it ened up.

Mike offered us the use of his drumhead for the convention and it looks great.   Thank you Mike.

Pete:

You are very welcome.  With family commitments, I'm not able to be as active in the Society as I once was.  Use the drumhead for as long as it's needed; I know it's appreciated and it's in good hands.

Tom
It's Cards colors.  I'm surprised he let it out of his sight. Although, it is closer to St. Louis than when he has it at home.
