I went through the entire set of 132 photos and couldn't find the one with the Monon hopper.  Could you send the URL of the exact one?

George, it's the very first photo, TBnNB5s/A, with the smokey CofG mikado departing with a freight.  The MONON hopper is the second car in the train.

Nice photos BTW.  Wish somebody would discover a set like this of, say, Shops or McDoel or South Hammond.

Thanks, Tim.  I see it now.  Eyes are getting too old.

When Ron Marquardt and I started the Monon Photo Archives database many years ago, we had no idea how many Monon-related photos were "out there".  Over the years they still keep surfacing and Ron has occasionally found a large group as well as many one-of-a-kind photos.

We are always hoping that a large group can be found in estates, which are the most likely place they will be.  If anyone has any leads on photos, we will offer to scan them and return the originals to the owner.
