Can you identify the man in this Lloyd Kimble photo?
Location and date are also unknown.

Checked with sources regarding this picture. Can't identify this man on the BL2.

I'd guess the location is at Hammond, taken from the platform of the brick, joint MONON-Erie depot on Lyman St. Erie's adjacent Hammond yard often sontained strings of reefers.
