Yes it is. The elevator and water tower are no longer there. I asked Steve Long about when they were demolished, but he could not remember. He did confirm it was along the Monon.

Old heads told me the water tank sitting on the ground was in fact the old Monon water tank, and it was still there at the time of the merger. / Ron
